Volunteer Opportunities
TADA! is an organization that runs on an all-volunteer basis in its own dedicated theatre.
We cannot thrive without people and while our actors are important, it is all the volunteers behind the scenes that make TADA! great. Opening curtains. Painting Sets. Taking tickets. Greeting patrons. Helping with costumes. Web design. Social Media. If you are a willing volunteer, we can use you and even if you think you don’t have a particular skill set, we are always looking for people to teach and support – want to learn more about making costumes, set building, running tech or stage managing? We would love to help you learn.
Please below for a general description of some volunteer opportunities. See something that interests you? Sign up below. We promise to never share your contact information with anyone.

Benefits
In addition to being a part of creating quality theatrical experiences and being a part of an amazing fellowship, our volunteers receive discounted tickets and in some cases, free admission to a show! Additionally, our volunteers will be the first to learn about upcoming events and shows at TADA!.

Performances and a few weeks of rehearsals prior to opening night. Stagehands to assist with set changes, effects, and/or whatever help is required. Basically, a ninja with an earpiece. No experience necessary- we would love to show you the ropes!
Costumes and Props
Weeks/months in advance of opening night. Costume design, take measurements, find/make/alter costume pieces. Experience in this area would be a bonus, but not required.
Got an eye for detail? Then this could be your department, it’s quite often the little props that make the scene.
Tech
Performances and a few weeks of rehearsals prior to opening night- plus some weekend days of installing lights and microphones. Running and designing Lights, Sound and Video. Experience a bonus, but not essential.
Is this you?
You have a skill? We can use it. Seriously. Accountant? You bet. Restaurant server? We’d love for you to greet people. Project manager? We will never stop using people with this valuable skill. A whizz at grant applications? Come weave your magic for us!
